Responsibilities

Own the development of new nutraceuticals from idea or concept to industrial reality.

Lead formulation projects from concept to scale-up.

Develop and optimise tablets (mono, bi-layer, tri-layer) and capsules.

Run trials at lab and pilot scale. Make sure what works on paper also works in production.

Prepare technical documentation in English : formulation reports, process validations, internal records.

Work closely with QA, Regulatory, Production and Marketing.

Keep an eye on new technologies, ingredients and processes that can improve how we work.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in formulation or galenic development (solid forms).

Solid knowledge of compression, coating and encapsulation processes.

Comfortable managing technical documents in English.

Proactive, hands-on, with a clear understanding of industrial reality.
