Join TP in Barcelona and be part of an exciting project with Google Ads, a powerful tool transforming businesses worldwide. This role is designed for professionals who can navigate the Danish market, onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies in a tech-driven environment. You will build strong relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
  • Understand customer objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Set up strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
  • Increase campaign spend and manage upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with complete information.
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone.
  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • C2 level of Danish and fluent English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with client-facing expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management and CRM systems.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into workflows for personalized outreach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident, with strong business acumen.
  • Skilled in competitor analysis and market trend evaluation.
  • Customer-focused, committed to delivering high-quality experiences.
