A leading piping solutions company in Alicante is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth customer operations and order fulfillment. Candidates should have 3-8 years of experience in supply chain, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. The role involves order management, data maintenance using SAP, and collaboration with internal teams. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth.

Job purpose :
The Customer Service Representative at Aliaxis Iberia is a proactive and detail-oriented team player working in a larger customer service team. This role is key to ensuring smooth customer operations efficient order fulfillment and continuous improvement of our service processes.
On top of order handling problem solving coming along it and moderate data analysis and reporting the role supports the Customer Service Manager in implementing strategic objectives and contributes to optimizing the way of working in the team.
