  • Develop process and system improvements to enhance execution standards
  • Manage and execute daily operations supporting our international customer base
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and automating key business processes and tools for sales tracking, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with customers to find new solutions for their logistics challenges
  • Address issues that arise during freight operations
  • Discuss core operational and growth metrics with management
  • Partner with the sales team to anticipate challenges and support objectives

  • Undergraduate degree or 2+ years of professional experience focused on process and operational improvements
