The Content Creative is the driving creative force responsible for propelling the brand’s identity and purpose through bold, engaging, and visually compelling ideas. This strategic role merges creativity with insight to transform complex concepts into accessible, inspiring narratives across all digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Ideate and craft creative concepts for campaigns, social media, videos, events and digital platforms that connect emotionally and strategically with audiences.
- Content Production: Write, storyboard, and produce creative assets—from copy and visuals to multimedia and branded content—ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone of voice.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with design, marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency, originality and creative cohesion across projects.
- Campaign Execution: Support the development of integrated campaigns, from ideation through to delivery, balancing creative freedom with business goals.
- Trend Awareness: Monitor cultural, social and creative trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve the brand’s storytelling.
- Brand Guardianship: Maintain a strong understanding of the organisation’s purpose and ensure that all creative outputs reflect its values and strategic direction.
- Quality Control: Review and refine creative materials to maintain a high level of visual and narrative quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to creative brainstorms, feedback sessions and idea reviews that raise the overall creative standard.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in creative content production, copywriting, or art direction (agency or in-house creative team experience is a plus).
- Proven experience developing and executing creative cross-channel campaigns and storytelling assets.
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating conceptual versatility and excellence in execution.
- Creativity & Storytelling: Strong conceptual thinking and narrative skills, with the ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, captivating content.
- Design & Production: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar tools for content creation and visual adaptation.
- Copywriting: Ability to write with clarity, emotion and relevance across different formats and audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding of how creativity supports brand goals, engagement and positioning.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity & Innovation: Constantly exploring new ideas, trends and digital formats to enhance creative impact.
- Purpose Alignment: Genuine interest in sustainability, culture and social impact storytelling (desirable).
