A leading global health service company is seeking a motivated individual for a customer service role focusing on Life Insurance. The position requires complaint resolution and strong language skills, particularly in German and English. The successful candidate will thrive in a multicultural team environment and manage all claims and administration tasks efficiently. This role offers a hybrid work model with 4 days from home and 1 day in the Madrid office, along with comprehensive social benefits.

At this level, role holders manage all level complaints and deal with customers, providers and other third parties when required using any of the communication channels provided such as phone or email. The claim assessor reports directly to the Customer Service Manager of the section.
Contract: Permanent
Environment: Multicultural working environment .
Hybrid working: 4 days per week from home and 1 day from our Madrid's office.
Schedule: 8h45 - 17h30, Monday to Friday.
