Formación

  • Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources within a dynamic Investment Fund environment.
  • Experience in organization structure design and corporate governance.
  • Broad knowledge of remuneration policies.

The Green Recruitment Company is in the Search of a Chief People Officer to work in a leading IPP.

Our customer owns Solar PV, Onshore Wind plants and are acquiring BESS projects in Iberia and Italy.

Responsibilities:
  • Shape and implement a people-first strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and values.

  • Lead recruitment, employee performance programs, leadership growth, and succession planning.

  • Cultivate a workplace culture that values diversity, excellence, innovation, and teamwork.

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with employment laws and manage compensation and benefits effectively.

  • Design and roll out initiatives that boost employee satisfaction, retention, and career development.

  • Analyze workforce data and company performance to guide strategic decisions.

  • Advise leadership on talent planning, organizational risks, and key business initiatives.

  • Serve as a communication link between senior leadership and employees, fostering transparency.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as investors, regulators, and partners.

  • Champion learning programs that promote continuous skill-building and professional growth.

  • Elevate the company’s reputation as a leading employer in the clean energy industry.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring HR efforts support business execution.

  • Promote collaboration across departments (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Legal) to streamline operations.

  • Help build internal systems that support growth and organizational agility.

  • Deliver regular updates and strategic HR insights to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
  • Plus 10 years of experience in Human Resources, People, Organization development in a dynamics Investment Fund environment.

  • Experience in strategic talent empowerment, organization structure design, leadership, HR planning, change management, and corporate governance.

  • Broad knowledge of labour laws and remuneration policies.
