A global casino-entertainment company is seeking a detail-oriented CDD Analyst to join their compliance team in Ceuta, Spain. The candidate will conduct thorough due diligence reviews, monitor player activity, and ensure compliance with AML and responsible gaming regulations. Well, what about the team?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CDD Analyst to join our CDD team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence reviews, monitoring player activity, and ensuring compliance with AML, Responsible Gaming (RG), and FRISK requirements.

So, what will you be doing?
  • Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks in line with AML regulations and internal policies.
  • Review and verify customer documentation (KYC), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assess and monitor player behaviour to identify potential money laundering, fraud, or responsible gaming concerns.
  • Use FRISK and other monitoring tools to analyse transaction patterns, flags, and alerts.
  • Investigate suspicious activity, escalating cases to the AML Officer or MLRO when required.
  • Support the ongoing risk assessment process and maintain detailed audit trails for all investigations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Payments, RG, Fraud) to ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Stay up to date with current regulations, industry trends, and compliance best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of CDD and AML procedures.

And what are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in AML, CDD, Fraud, or Responsible Gaming within the iGaming, banking, or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with FRISK, transaction monitoring systems, or similar risk tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases with strict deadlines.
