Formación

At T-Systems, we are looking for a Bid Manager (f / m / d) who will collaborate with our teams to continue shaping the future of T-Systems.

As Bid Manager, you will be in charge of managing the process of submitting proposals or bids for the acquisition of projects or contracts, especially in commercial, technological, or service environments. This role involves coordinating teams, analyzing requirements, establishing pricing strategies, and ensuring that the proposal meets quality and budget standards.

We are looking for someone who aims to continue to grow, innovate and get involved in the core operations of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead teams dedicated to proposal development in complex and international environments.
  • Direct complete proposal lifecycles, from identifying opportunities to the final presentation to the client.
  • Develop advanced pricing strategies tailored to proposals exceeding 1 million euros.
  • Analyze and optimize costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability in complex offers.
  • Coordinate the proposal development process, approval committees, and involved teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the relevant industry, sector, and market to effectively tailor strategies and proposals, on private and public sectors.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Bid Manager for Public and Private RFPs, ideally on the IT field.
  • Experience on complex pricing.
  • Fluent spoken Spanish.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Advanced written negotiation skills
  • Profile characterized by organization, rigor, and proactive problem anticipation.
  • Project management skills.
  • High capacity for interpersonal relationships / empathy to lead multitasking teams.
  • Leadership skills and decision‑making orientation.
Nice to have
  • Certifications: PMI / ITIL / agile
  • MBA / Engineering degree.
  • Knowledge of portfolio environments / IT Cloud solutions, workstation management, communications, Big Data, SAP...
  • Knowledge of the environment / sector and market
