Support the growth of business opportunities by assisting in the alignment of marketing strategies with business development goals within the Corporate Relations marketing team. Contribute to the creation of targeted, engaging content and help implement lead generation initiatives to enhance the organization’s presence and attract potential corporate partners. A key area of focus will also include supporting the planning, development, and content coordination for the Corporate Relations website project.

We are seeking a candidate to fill a full-time position in Madrid, located at the IE Tower.

Responsibilities
  • Your role as a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist will involve : B2B Content Development & Execution. Assist in the creation and adaptation of compelling B2B marketing content—such as case studies, partner spotlights, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces—tailored to engage corporate audiences and support relationship-building efforts.
  • Website Project Support. Contribute to the development and launch of the Corporate Relations website by coordinating content, assisting with layout planning, ensuring messaging consistency, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Support. Support the implementation of LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns aimed at attracting corporate partners. Help maintain lead databases and contribute to campaign planning and execution.
  • Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking. Assist in tracking key campaign metrics (e.g., lead quality, engagement, conversion) and researching B2B trends or competitor activity to inform content and campaign decisions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Asset Development. Collaborate with business development and communications teams to create high-quality proposals, presentations, and outreach materials that effectively position the organization with current and prospective partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A solid academic foundation in marketing principles and practices, preferably with a focus on digital or B2B marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content in English, tailored to professional and corporate audiences.
