Formación

We are hiring Application Support Engineers (Level 2 & Level 3) to join our team in Madrid (Sol area). You will be supporting a Swiss leading wealth management organisation operating in 25+ countries, currently undergoing a major global digital transformation.

The Project

You’ll join an international private‑banking environment and work on the operation and support of critical core banking applications used across multiple countries. This is a stable, multicultural, and highly professional setting where you can grow, specialise, and make a real impact on key business processes.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking Level 2 and Level 3 Application Support profiles. We value:

  • Experience in Application Support (L2 or L3)
  • Unix/Linux (shell scripting is a strong plus)
  • Windows Server
  • Java application servers / MySQL & PostgreSQL databases
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Previous experience in banking (strong advantage)
  • Analytical mindset, process‑oriented, strong communication skills
  • C1 level of English
Your Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for core banking applications
  • Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Carry out technical analysis and troubleshooting (including complex cases & RCA for L3)
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, service owners, and other support levels
  • Participate in planned releases
  • Automate and optimise recurring tasks; hand over activities to L1/L2 where appropriate
  • Keep documentation and the internal knowledge base up to date
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and application enhancement initiatives
