A company specializing in ceramic coatings is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Sales Manager. This full-time position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and supporting project activities. The role offers a supportive team environment, continuous training, and a salary based on experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager for quote preparation.
  • Assist in preparing and sending materials and equipment to projects.
  • Manage work orders and work acceptance documentation.
  • Support the purchasing process for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Help prepare project kits including PPE and uniforms.
  • Provide logistical support for equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in project material and inventory tracking.
