A leading high-tech company is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager Executive to manage client relationships in Spain. This fully remote role involves driving sales and ensuring high-quality service to customers. The ideal candidate will possess native-level German, fluent English, and experience in inside sales. The compensation includes a gross salary of €21,600 annually plus performance bonuses.

Account Manager Executive (German-speaking) High Tech Industry Remote in Spain

Work Model: Fully Remote anywhere in Spain

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 (39h / week)

About the Role

Join one of the world’s leading names in the High Tech and IT industry as a German‑speaking Account Manager Executive. You’ll manage and grow client relationships with HP Inc. (HPI) end users driving business opportunities and ensuring first‑class account service. This role combines strategic relationship management with inside sales excellence giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand trusted relationships with German‑speaking end‑user clients.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities, design account strategies and optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing operations and product specialists.
  • Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting and CRM updates for your accounts.
  • Represent the brand with professional standards of communication and service quality.
Requirements
  • Native‑level German and fluent English (minimum B2).
  • Prior experience in inside sales account management or B2B development.
  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Background in tech IT or high‑tech solutions preferred.
  • Based in Spain (EU passport or valid Spanish work permit required).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: 21600 gross / year
  • Bonus: Up to 7400 gross / year based on performance
  • Relocation Bonus: Up to 500 relocation support (for new joiners moving from outside Spain)
  • Paid during your first or second full month on payroll
  • Full refund if you leave within 6 months, 50% refund if leaving between 7 to 12 months
