A leading FinTech company based in Spain is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing mid-market and enterprise customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is crucial for driving customer adoption and retention of VAT Compliance Services. Candidates should be proactive communicators with strong organizational skills and fluent in German and English. The position involves building relationships, managing customer accounts, and actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure success.

Formación

  • Native or fluent German and excellent written and spoken English.

Marosa is a leading FinTech company, specialising in tax technology. Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful software solutions.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing mid‑market and enterprise customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This role is critical to Marosa’s long‑term growth and will focus on driving adoption, retention and expansion of our VAT Compliance Services and SaaS solutions within your accounts. You will build deep relationships with key stakeholders, develop structured account plans, and proactively identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of DACH customers to support adoption, value delivery, renewals, and revenue retention.
  • Build and maintain account plans, identifying risks and growth opportunities such as cross‑sell and up‑sell.
  • Act as the main customer contact, developing relationships with tax, finance, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Run regular customer reviews and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a strong customer experience.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement, share customer feedback internally, and keep CRM data accurate.
Required Qualifications
  • Native or fluent German and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Interest in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar client‑facing role.
  • Highly proactive communicator who keeps customers and internal teams informed, creates clear action plans and follows through.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple accounts, deadlines and workstreams in parallel.
