About the Role

Were seeking a driven Account Executive with a positive and winning attitude to join our this role you will qualify inbound leads and strive to win quality partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to advance their careers in Sales.

What You Will Do

• Prospect and qualify new clients that employ 20-500 office workers across various industries utilizing phone and video demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.
• Present to and consultatively sell to C‑Suite executives Purchasing Managers Office Managers Owners and individuals who purchase print materials and promotional items on behalf of the organization.
• Provide a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to our Account Management Teams.
• Work with sales leadership marketing and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Sales Business Marketing Communications or another related field.
• 1-3 years of sales‑related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
• A self‑motivated strong influencing results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Pay attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German andEnglish are a must.

Nice to Have

• Previous sales or marketing internship experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of and / or ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Trained in sales methodologies such as Sandler or Challenger
