In the course of your varied role, you will manage a section of our store. You will be responsible for sales, revenue, controlling goods flow, and organizing staffing. You will ensure the department layout is attractive and merchandise is presented to promote sales. Through your expert advice and support, your customers will have a memorable shopping experience. Your responsibilities also include leading, motivating, and coordinating your staff team.

Required experience and skills:

• Successfully completed commercial training in retail or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, as an assistant department manager or deputy
• Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
• Excellent customer focus and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
