Purpose of the Role

Join the Bentley Motors Europe team as the Retailer Marketing & Communications Manager, where you'll engage and motivate our retailer marketing network through regular in-person meetings, shape and deliver regional brand awareness initiatives, and develop commercially focused marketing plans, tools, and assets. In this pivotal role, you will drive demand generation and ensure marketing activities align with Performance Excellence principles, supporting Bentley’s commercial objectives and elevating the brand experience across all touchpoints as part of our Beyond100+ strategy. Reporting into the Head of Marketing your main responsibilities include;

  • Supporting retailers by providing clear guidance on marketing planning, execution and performance.
  • Coordinating retailer communications editorial opportunities and ensure alignment and quality.
  • Developing affinity partnerships to access new prospects that support strategic objectives across the region.
  • Creating extraordinary experiences and events in close collaboration with retailers to deliver against commercial objectives.
  • Developing CRM initiatives, campaigns and customer journeys that build engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Defining, executing and regularly updating the regional and retailer marketing plans.
  • Ensuring rigorous reporting and data management by reviewing marketing effectiveness, analysing KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About The Team

The Europe Central regional team sits at the heart of Bentley’s global Sales & Marketing function, ensuring our brand thrives across one of its most diverse and strategically important regions. From Hallbergmoos, we partner closely with 34 retailers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business growth. Our work directly supports Bentley’s Beyond100+ strategy, helping accelerate the transition to an electrified and sustainable future while maintaining the timeless appeal of the Bentley brand.

About You – Skills And Experience
  • A strong Marketing & Communications background, ideally within the European automotive industry, with an understanding of luxury brand standards and retailers expectations.
  • A solid commercial acumen, confidence working with numbers and KPIs, and an understanding of the wider business context.
  • A proactive mindset and a track record of developing creative, entrepreneurial solutions to both strategic and operational challenges.
  • Experience across core communications skills: presenting, writing for digital and print, reporting and managing agencies or suppliers.
  • Knowledge of journalism and media relations including automotive, lifestyle and business.
  • Ability to manage agency relations and knowledge of agencies’ processes.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to motivate retail partners, communicate clearly and work effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of experiential, social and paid media planning and implementation.
  • A driven, positive approach, maintaining consistently very high standards and delivering outstanding results even in times of change.
  • Ability to react quickly under pressure, resolve issues efficiently, identify risks and propose clear, practical solutions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region (Europe).
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a business-related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written German and English; additional European languages would be an advantage.
