Our client is a Health Tech scale up based in Berlin. They are validated demand for their patient‑insights platform and are ready to scale acquisition across Germany, wider Europe and now the United States. You will own the paid growth engine end‑to‑end, squeezing out the elusive “extra 1%” at every stage of the funnel to propel geometric growth.
What you’ll do
Must‑have
-4+years hands‑on growth / performance marketing in B2C SaaS, marketplace or health‑tech
-Proven track record scaling paid channels with efficient CAC & ROAS including campaigns in the US
-Native/near‑native German and fluent English; any additional EU language is a plus
-Comfortable writing SQL, manipulating large datasets, building cohort analyses
-Quantitative or technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Economics)
-Obsessive about detail, experimentation, automation and documentation
Nice‑to‑have
-Experience in regulated or healthcare environments
-Knowledge of Python/R for deeper statistical analysis
-Familiarity with BI stack (dbt, Metabase, Airflow)
-Experience with server‑side tagging, CAPI, or CDP implementation
-Google Ads & Meta certifications
-Previous team‑management experience
