Your mission

The Michelberger Hotel is a place where people come together to have a good time. In our restaurant and café/bar, we serve the best local products sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters, and suppliers we trust, as well as from our own Michelberger Farm, a food forest in Spreewald/Brandenburg.

As a Barkeeper, you are responsible for the cocktail section and bar area:

• Hosting guests in the evening
• Preparing cocktails and drinks
• Supporting the service team
• Assisting with the conception and implementation of the beverage offer
• Collaborating closely with other F&B departments
• Participating in team meetings and maintaining clear communication

Your profile

• Enjoyment of teamwork and hosting
• Professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a managerial role
• Strong technical expertise in bartending

About Us

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant is a metropolitan oasis of recreation, togetherness, and pleasure in the heart of Berlin. Founded and directed by Nadine and Tom Michelberger, it includes a regenerative farm in Spreewald, the ORA restaurant, the Theke Imbiss, the MXPSM spirits manufactory, the PEOPLE Festival, and the Fountain of Youth coconut water.

For over 15 years, the Michelberger has been a vibrant, human-centered place serving and hosting people—a social space for various work and leisure travel occasions. Born out of Berlin's cultural landscape, it continuously evolves with the stories and people that define hotel life.
