Your key responsibility as Regional Sales Manager will be managing a team of territory managers and field clinical specialists across the dedicated region (Giessen, Marburg, Göttingen, Hannover, Magdeburg, Leipzig)). Responsibilities include team management, coaching, and supporting sales and clinical activities to drive execution.

1. Manage, coach, and motivate a team of territory managers and clinical specialists to achieve sales targets within assigned territories, utilizing expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to EW medical products.
2. Promote and sell the product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers, building strong relationships with decision makers in assigned accounts and markets.
3. Support sales activities in complex selling situations and develop both short- and long-term territory and account plans.

1. Residence within the territory of Giessen, Marburg, Göttingen, Hannover, Magdeburg, or Leipzig.
2. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or extensive progressive sales experience.
3. Successful track record managing a sales team.
4. Extensive experience in the medical devices industry.
5. Deep knowledge of the entire BU product portfolio, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
6. Understanding of BU strategy, business model, and market environments.
7. Ability to apply industry knowledge to achieve financial goals.
8. Expertise in cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology related to EW medical products.
9. Attention to detail and professional interaction skills across organizational levels.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
11. Strong network of decision makers in the market.
12. Strategic mindset with ability to develop innovative partnerships and solutions.
