Qualifications
- 4-5 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in private equity.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Screen and identify potential target companies for investment opportunities.
- Conduct investment assessments and develop financial models for valuation and structuring.
- Support due diligence processes with external advisors.

With a growing investment pipeline, the DACH-focused private equity team seeks a Senior Associate to enhance their execution capabilities in the region. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with strong financial modeling skills, sharp commercial insight, and a collaborative mindset within a flat-structured team. - Screen and identify potential target companies for investment opportunities
- Conduct investment assessments, including developing financial models for valuation and structuring
- Support due diligence processes with external advisors and synthesize insights for Investment Memorandums
- Partner with industry experts and management teams to drive value-enhancing initiatives
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent)
- 4-5 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or corporate development, with at least 2 years in PE
- Strong interest in active ownership, approaching investments as a business owner
- Excellent analytical skills and proven experience in financial modeling
- Comfortable working within the Mittelstand environment, understanding its dynamics
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
- Position based in Munich, with extensive onboarding in Luxembourg
