As Consultant Data Analytics (all genders) you will play a crucial role in the development of analytics solutions for our clients clearly communicating and presenting technical topics to various audiences. You will be responsible for defining and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis driving actionable insights implementation management and optimization of our clients digital landscape. Your expertise will help clients maximize the value of their data analytics investments and achieve their business objectives.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Analytics & Reporting
  • Proactively analyze web and app data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create dashboards and deep-dive analysis based on different data sources.
  • Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate reporting and explanation.
Consulting & Stakeholder Management
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients business model website architecture and online marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements, business goals and strategies to tracking implementation and insights.
  • Lead the process proactively and self‑motivated and manage expectations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on online marketing tools and technologies.
Implementation & Configuration
  • Advise our customers on the development of data and web / app analytics solutions.
  • Manage data exports and ensure data quality for external data sources.
  • Configure and manage analytics tools to create and distribute a cross‑platform analytics set‑ups.
  • Maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) and tracking concepts and other relevant documentation such as user manuals. Design and implement scalable data layer solutions for advanced digital analytics needs.
Customer Success
  • Demonstrate a strong service orientation and commitment to customer success.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in web analytics and online marketing.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Must‑haves
  • 3 years of experience in web analytics or a related field.
  • Bachelors / masters degree in computer science or equivalent qualifications.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with reporting tasks, account management and configuration of Adobe Analytics and / or Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience in owning SDD and tracking concepts and implementing tracking solutions.
  • Knowledge of data layer architecture client‑ and server‑side tagging and consent management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe SDK and headless tracking implementations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to develop a deep understanding of clients website architecture, business model and online marketing strategy.
  • Experience in stakeholder management consulting and leading discussions.
  • Fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and solid understanding of HTML and web protocols.
  • Experience with tag management systems like Adobe Launch, Ensighten or Google Tag Manager for tracking implementation.
  • Relevant working experience with Amazon Services or Azure, proven cases of setting up datasets for Tableau / Power BI dashboards.
