We are looking for a Tech Support Engineers (TSE) to independently respond to issues where first-line product support has been unable to fix problems in malfunctioning. TSEs work on more difficult problems requiring in-depth system knowledge and understanding of operating principles. TSEs exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for achieving results. If a depth of technical understanding is required, a TSE consults with other engineering teams and hosts meetings to determine the best course of action. Lastly, TSEs document troubleshooting processes and technical findings to generate service reports.
We will consider new graduates provided you demonstrate a strong hands-on competence and a desire to succeed.
Successful applicants will be formally trained at one of our award-winning training centers in California, USA or Singapore or Taiwan.
Domestic and international travel up to 50% of the time as you will travel to customer sites to resolve urgent escalations.
