Job Description

  1. Strategic HR Partner for 350+ employees across Europe
  2. Trusted Advisor - Support executives, middle management, and employees with professional HR guidance
  3. HR Transformation & Business Alignment - Shape initiatives that drive growth and corporate values
  4. Leadership development, talent and performance management, succession planning & recruitment
  5. HR budgeting, performance analysis, reporting & labor law
  6. Work closely with HR teams internationally
  7. Lead & develop a small, high-performing HR team

The Successful Applicant

  1. International HR experience, ideally from medium-sized companies in the manufacturing sector
  2. Strategic Thinking & Hands-on Mentality - A visionary with the ability to execute
  3. Labor Law & Organizational Development Expertise - A deep understanding of modern HR concepts
  4. Leadership & Communication Skills - Inspire, moderate, and set impulses
  5. Data-Driven & Analytical - Strong background in budgeting & planning
  6. Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus (GERMAN NOT NEEDED)
  7. Willingness to travel across Europe
