As our Senior Product Marketer, you will be a leading value story‑teller and strategic driver behind our go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives, responsible for defining product positioning, crafting compelling messaging, exercising thought leadership, and orchestrating impactful launches. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that our innovative solutions resonate with technical buyers and enterprise audiences, and lead a small team of earlier‑in‑career product marketers.
Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), market segments, and target decision‑makers.
Exercise a mix of strategic, creative, and practical execution thinking to message formation.
Develop clear, compelling value narratives and messaging frameworks that that tie business value to convincing use case and technical differentiation. You’ll create simple value stories that are easy for sellers to use, and that help Wire marketing to gain mindshare for secure collaboration and communications.
Map buyer journeys to ensure effective engagement and conversion.
Take ownership of product and feature launches, from planning through execution.
Maintain a tiered GTM launch roadmap (major, minor, iterative) to optimize resource alignment and messaging consistency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive successful market adoption.
Gather customer insights through qualitative research, interviews, and feedback from sales and support teams.
Monitor competitor features, messaging, and positioning to pinpoint differentiation opportunities.
Conduct win/loss analysis to refine GTM strategies and messaging.
Bring an authoritative, thought‑provoking PoV on the market, technology, problem statements, and solutions in Wire’s domain.
Author blog posts, thought leadership articles, and white papers.
Lead technical and editorial reviews to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Contribute to Wire’s reputation as a thought leading spokesperson in secure communications and digital workspace domains via social posts, and speaking/presenting on webinars, events, and with media.
Develop and update pitch decks, messaging guides, competitive battlecards, and training materials to empower our sales teams.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively position Wire in competitive environments.
Seniority & Experience: 5-7+ years in product marketing with a track record of leading multiple high‑impact product/feature launches.
Language Skills: Fluency in English; German is nice to have.
Technical Expertise: Experience with technical buyer segments and enterprise sales processes.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Content & Thought Leadership: Proven record of writing, publishing, and thought leadership in product marketing.
Analytical & Research Skills: Strong qualitative research capabilities with the ability to extract actionable insights from interviews and market data.
Team Leadership: Successful track record of leading small PMM teams.
