- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong experience in the retail market, experience in IT/software projects; POS background is a plus
- Proven success in managing customer‑facing projects, including budgeting and contracts
- Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder management
- Team‑oriented, creative in problem‑solving, and adaptable to dynamic environments
