Are you an SAP professional with expertise in data archiving, ILM, and ArchiveLink? Do you enjoy combining technical know-how with compliance requirements to deliver efficient solutions?
You’ll take responsibility for SAP archiving projects, including :
- Designing and implementing archiving concepts
- Configuring SAP data archiving and ensuring compliance (GDPR, audits, retention periods)
- Managing SAP ArchiveLink, ILM, and DMS / ECM integrations
- Defining custom archiving objects and adapting existing ones
- Setting up automated archiving and documenting processes
- Several years’ experience in SAP data archiving and ILM
- Strong knowledge of ArchiveLink and external archive connections
- Familiarity with GDPR / GoBD / HGB / AO requirements
- Basic ABAP skills for analysing / adapting archiving processes
- Good understanding of DMS / ECM interfaces and database / storage management
- Analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Future-oriented SAP projects with a clear industry focus
