Zusammenfassung

A leading health technology company is seeking an Influencer / Affiliate Manager to grow networks of health professionals. This role involves managing partnerships, developing outreach strategies, and providing training to ensure professionals can confidently recommend products. Candidates should have a medical background and proven experience in influencer and affiliate marketing. Strong organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time remote role based in Berlin, Germany.

Qualifikationen

  • Medical background (degree strongly preferred e.g. medicine, physiotherapy, psychology, dietetics).
  • Proven experience in both influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
  • Track record of managing a team and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of mental health and / or physical health fields.
  • Experience creating and delivering training for complex medical or health products.

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an Influencer / Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our network of doctors, clinics, psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians and other health professionals as both influencers and affiliates for our cutting‑edge neurotechnology products.

This role blends relationship management, outreach, onboarding, training and activation ensuring health professionals are equipped, motivated and confident in recommending our products to their patients and audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Growth & Performance
    • Own KPIs for the program including revenue, new HCPs onboarded, activation rate and time-to-first referral.
    • Manage the team budget and hire additional team members as needed to scale the program.
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies (inbound & outbound) to recruit high‑value partners.
    • Experiment with both digital and physical channels to acquire new partners.
    • Build scalable onboarding and training systems to accelerate activation.
  • Partner Recruitment & Relationships
    • Identify screen and onboard new health professional partners.
    • Manage relationships across multiple categories: doctors, clinics, psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians and more.
    • Act as a credible authority when interacting with medical professionals presenting the science and clinical applications of our products.
    • Ensure a high partner activation rate through structured launch campaigns, incentives and ongoing support.
  • Training & Enablement
    • Create streamlined professional training materials on our neurotechnology products tailored to various health issues and use cases.
    • Record video training sessions for health professionals to access on demand.
    • Develop Q&A systems and resources to address partner questions quickly and consistently.
  • Community & Engagement
    • Build and manage a health professional affiliate / influencer community to encourage collaboration, sharing and advocacy.
    • Keep affiliates engaged through updates, events, recognition programs and regular performance insights.
    • Monitor performance data to identify re‑engagement opportunities and prevent partner inactivity.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Work with marketing, creative and product teams to deliver high‑converting affiliate content and assets.
    • Coordinate with the medical / scientific team to ensure accuracy and compliance in all partner communications.
    • Collaborate with paid media teams for partner‑specific campaigns, webinars and events.
Requirements
  • Medical background (degree strongly preferred e.g. medicine, physiotherapy, psychology, dietetics).
  • Proven experience in both influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
  • Track record of managing a team and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience working with doctors and health professionals in a credible authoritative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of mental health and / or physical health fields.
  • Experience creating and delivering training for complex medical or health products.
  • Comfort on camera for recorded training sessions and webinars.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
