This position requires a sales talent with great team spirit and leadership qualities. Your role is to secure existing and develop new business with large industry-leading customers driving digital transformation with our solutions. You will be supported by a skilled team from different PTC organizations, expecting your guidance, motivation, empathy, and leadership.

Additionally, we expect a hunting mentality—expanding relationships into other departments within existing accounts and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in new prospects.

• Proven successful sales track record (Software/Solution)
• Experience with strategic account planning and development
• Leadership attitude and team player mentality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop a broad network with clients and partners
• Personality and character
• Native or full professional proficiency in German
• Experience in the Machine Builder industry is a bonus, not a must
