Job Description:
Your future contribution: We are looking for a data enthusiast who will be the vital link between our management and the people and finance departments by providing insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis to drive business decisions and enhance employee experiences.
How you’ll add value:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and other compensation-related expenses.
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and actual costs processes in all matters related to employee costs.
- Enable leads to be constantly aware of their team’s costs by developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting financial impacts and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness and keep on evolving the ways we plan and report.
- Participate in and support strategic projects and initiatives, including workforce planning, compensation strategy, and budget management.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in people, financial or business analytics.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as financial accounting principles (IFRS).
- Are highly proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS Systems).
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Are highly proficient in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
