Your role and responsibilities

• Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements as part of outsourced staff.
• Support customer technical initiatives and update skills profile in line with ‘Ringed-Fenced’ technologies and delivery scope.

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support, technical support, product development, or IT consulting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory concepts such as Kerberos, LDAP, Security Groups, and implementing strong password policies.
• Experience with Windows Server update services, patch management, auditing, least privilege access, and administrative tiering.
• Windows Server OS, NTFS/Share Permissions, File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event logging, Task Manager, Windows Firewall, User and Group Management.
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Hyper-V, migration, and virtual machine management.
• Ability to manage Group Policy in an Active Directory environment.

Preferred Skills

• Over four years of experience with Microsoft Server products.
• Troubleshooting skills using server and client logs.
• Experience with EUC space (AVD), cloud fundamentals, and Windows networking.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar client interface tools.

Non-negotiable Skills

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel and interact with clients.
