Your Mission
  1. Own the sales process: Drive the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing high-impact deals.
  2. Build strategic account plans: Craft and execute tailored strategies to ensure long-term customer success and retention.
  3. Grow customer relationships: Maximize Customer Lifetime Value through proactive account management and upselling.
  4. Develop a powerful network: Build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and position SPREAD as a trusted advisor.
  5. Tailor compelling presentations: Create high-impact, customer-centric presentations that address real needs.
  6. Lead value-driven negotiations: Negotiate contracts with confidence and fairness, securing win-win outcomes.
  7. Drive innovation: Bring new ideas to the table and navigate challenges with strategic finesse.
  8. Deliver accurate forecasting: Own your pipeline, provide precise sales forecasts, and keep everything well documented in Salesforce.
Your Experience
  1. You thrive on identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and achieving sales targets.
  2. At least 4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive, aerospace, defense, machinery, or related industries, covering the Italian market.
  3. Skilled in account planning, opportunity identification, and applying frameworks such as SPIN or MEDDIC.
  4. Demonstrated ability to confidently connect with and sell to C-level executives.
  5. Experience managing complex sales cycles and co-creating tailored, high-value solutions for clients.
  6. Adept at presenting to diverse stakeholders and closing enterprise deals.
  7. Structured and organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple sales opportunities.
  8. Native or fluent in Italian.
