We are looking for senior sales representatives to join our rapidly growing Italian Sales Team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in our growth in the Spanish and LATAM markets and will represent our mission of professional coaching for everyone.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Own your territory of accounts, working closely with your SDR, to drive interest and adoption in the product. Manage multi-year 6-7 figure deals.
  2. Collaborate with internal partners and utilize creative strategies to support engagement and adoption from clients.
  3. Execute all sales activities: calls, social engagement, web demos, on-site F2F appointments, negotiations, and presentations to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  4. Support existing clients as a consultant and deliver excellent customer service alongside your Customer Success team.
  5. Attend industry events to expand your network and represent CoachHub.
  6. Manage customer interactions, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities accurately.
  7. Meet or exceed revenue targets.
Your Profile
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling to Enterprise clients; experience with L&D/HR buyers is a plus.
  • Enjoy working at speed and thrive under high expectations.
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms and within the HR Tech sector is preferred.
  • Strategic, curious, and creative thinker with a proven track record.
  • Proven methodology for prospecting and pipeline building.
  • Motivated, articulate, diplomatic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable to changing landscapes and initiatives.
  • Team-oriented, personable, and fun to work with.
  • Willing to travel within Spain and LATAM (up to 20%).
  • Based in Spain, preferably Barcelona; fluent in Spanish and professional English.
