Your Role:

The SAP Finance Head leads the strategic direction and project management of ERP initiatives within the Global Enterprise Solution - Accounting and Finance domain. This role focuses on standardizing and improving SAP finance processes and templates across all business sectors while driving the implementation of best practices. Reporting to the Functional Solution Accounting & Finance Lead, the SAP Finance Head collaborates with ERP programs, Business Process Owners, and ERP project managers to ensure timely execution and adherence to project plans. Acting as the primary finance coordinator, this position facilitates accurate project reporting for the Global Enterprise Solution Finance Leadership Team and identifies opportunities for process improvements, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP initiatives. This role will involve direct people management, initially functioning as an individual contributor or leading a small team, while also maintaining a dotted line responsibility within Finance ERP project management.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science; Master’s degree in a business-related field (MBA preferred) is highly desirable.
• Over 10 years of experience as a Finance Project Manager for SAP projects or as an IT Project Manager in large-scale global environments, with expertise in SAP S4/Hana.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in accounting, finance, or controlling processes with SAP knowledge, particularly in CO and FI modules.
• Experience working with Senior Management in international organizations and global ERP programs is advantageous.
• Proven track record of successfully completed ERP deployments or IT projects as a Finance Project Manager.
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, PMP, SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools e.g. ‘Workfront’, or any web-based work management and project management software experience is a plus
• Experience in a Shared Services Center or Global Business Service is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on results and quality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
