As a Strategic HR Business Partner for the NFON Business Areas and their People Leads, you will be responsible for addressing all employee, team, and leadership matters, as well as facilitating their development and performance. Serving as a bridge between the business areas, employees, and the company, you will proactively address all people-related issues while fostering a positive corporate culture.
We've last year transitioned to a Business Partner Model and are currently strategizing our approach, and by the time you join us, you will still have the opportunity to shape the direction.
We are the Group People & Culture Team, working across various competence centers (Talent Acquisition, Corporate & Change Communication, People Development, People Services & Systems) to take the employee experience at NFON to the next level!

Where we do it: As a team, we work in different locations, with remote possibility of course.
