We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior HSE & Facilities Specialist.

Location: Lauf, Germany

You will work closely with the HQ team in Barcelona and be responsible for:

1. Managing the Health and Safety System of the Plant and Headquarters:
   • Control the implementation of the procedures of the H&S Manual and manage the documental Safety System.
   • Manage the H&S training needs of all personnel.
   • Control the access of third parties to company premises (coordination of business activities).
   • Manage the medical follow-up of all employees.
   • Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and propose corrective actions.
   • Perform emergency drills and train emergency personnel.
   • Advise internal stakeholders (industrialization, processes, etc.) on safety aspects.
2. Managing the Environmental System:
   • Control the implementation of the procedures of the Environmental Manual and manage the documental system.
   • Manage and improve waste generation.
   • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
3. Coordinate the Facility Department’s functions related to maintenance, cleaning, front desk, catering, and facilities management.
4. Promote motivation and awareness among personnel regarding safety procedures and equipment.
5. Ensure the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the company’s HSE & FM systems, participating in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Requirements:

• University degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Knowledge of facilities management (FM) related matters and preventive plans.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a production plant.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Result-oriented and analytical profile.
