Job summary
Ein führendes Beratungsunternehmen in München sucht einen (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d). Sie sind verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen und begleiten die Design- und Implementierungsprozesse. Erforderlich sind starke Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors, mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung sowie fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse. Das Unternehmen bietet eine Vollzeitstelle in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Qualifications
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung.
- Leidenschaft für Consulting und Stakeholder-Management.
- SAP SuccessFactors Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Responsibilities
- Leiten von Design-Sitzungen, Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Lösungen.
- Implementierung und Konfiguration von SuccessFactors-Modulen.
- Bereitstellung von Post-Go-Live-Support und Benutzerschulungen.

As a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f / m / d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
- Leading design sessions with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions and giving guidance to the client on the solution best practices
- Taking the lead in the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, guiding client testing sessions and supporting the development of more junior colleagues
- Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system / process documentation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation
To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f / m / d), you bring the following qualifications :
- A completed degree or at least 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting and familiar with the best practice solution and methodology, to approach the design session with the expected level of quality.
- Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and / or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus (ideally EC / REC / ONB).
- A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.
- Start : By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
- Working hours : Full-time (h); vacation days
