Ideal candidates will be studying relevant fields like business administration or economics, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers exposure to diverse projects and a chance to develop professionally and personally.
Location: Frankfurt am Main
Start & Duration: July 2026; 1 year
The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme is a comprehensive programme designed to provide you with exposure to a range of fascinating projects and ongoing professional and technical training to develop the skills you need to grow your career. You’ll feel supported by a network of peers and mentors and benefit from our global wellbeing programme.
Group Audit has over 700 staff globally, located primarily in our four hub locations: New York, London, Frankfurt and Singapore as well as in 26 other countries. The hallmarks of our professional, business focused, risk-based work are independence, integrity and transparency. Essentially, Group Audit provides an independent assessment of the efficacy of the Bank’s control environment.
Being Deutsche Bank’s ‘third line of defense’ we have a high profile in the bank as a forward looking adviser to Senior Management on issues and Group Audit is increasingly consulted for advice by our many regulators.
Our global connectivity provides a stimulating environment and the opportunity to collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues and specialists around the globe. Our culture is characterised by team spirit and support, which is also reflected in our joint “social activities”.
Working on our day-to-day business as well as on special projects, you will need to have an eye for detail, a high level of commitment and a desire to work towards specific goals. You will support the relevant audit manager with audit planning and will begin making an important contribution to the success of audits within a few weeks. Your sphere of responsibility will continually expand and encompass more complex tasks. By collaborating with contacts from across the GA business and stakeholders, you will gain an extensive insight into the working methods within our bank and the challenges faced by different departments.
The specific tasks that you deal with will depend on your role within the team. You will learn from the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation upon which to specialise later.
Competitive base salary, comprehensive pension, insurance and benefit plans, contribution for “Deutschlandticket”
Flexible working conditions (depending on role), e.g. remote working, annual leave and bank holidays, sabbatical, DB childcare
