You will collaborate with an extraordinary team of accountants, economists, PhDs, certified business valuators, investment analysts, and industry specialists. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. You will engage in some of the most prominent, high‑stakes cases in international arbitration and large‑scale commercial disputes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on the intersection of valuation, finance, accounting, economics, and legal principles of damages.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare in‑depth economic damages and business valuation reports that drive critical legal decisions
  • Lead comprehensive financial and industry research to support litigation and arbitration cases
  • Analyze complex financial and non‑financial data, summarizing key findings for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation parameters, including discount rates and forecasts
  • Prepare critique reports to challenge the findings of other experts in high‑profile disputes
  • Act as a key liaison, communicating regularly with clients and legal counsel
  • Prepare for and actively participate in hearings, trials, and mediations
  • Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Full proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • A background as a qualified accountant, preferably with Big Four experience
  • At least 10 years’ experience in disputes, economic damages, or business valuations
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and distill key insights even in unfamiliar scenarios
  • A proactive, results‑driven attitude, able to excel under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • A strong team‑oriented mindset, able to collaborate across functions and regions
  • Familiarity with tools like Capital IQ, DealStats, and Bloomberg is a plus
