The Security and Compliance Team at Miele advises and coordinates the entire Miele Group on all topics related to Digital Security and IT Compliance. Focus areas include IT Security, Cloud Security, Awareness, Cyber Defense, Compliance, and Data Protection. Together with all departments, the team drives the digitalization of the Miele Group forward.

• Develop and implement security policies and strategies
• Initiate and monitor technical and organizational protective measures
• Identify and assess security and data protection risks and develop mitigation concepts
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and standards
• Conduct audits

• Comprehensive knowledge of information security, IT security, data protection, and compliance
• Experience with security solutions, networks, operating systems, and applications
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts and risks clearly and effectively with international stakeholders
• Certifications in information security and IT security are desirable
• Structured, responsible work ethic with a clear focus on risks and solutions
