Job summary
A leading consumer electronics retailer in Ingolstadt is seeking a professional to manage innovation and project lifecycle with a focus on AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in project management, strong stakeholder management skills, and a degree in Business or Technology. This full-time position includes managing cross-country teams to implement and sustain innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in innovation and project/program management within enterprise or transformations.
- Proven end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions in operational contexts.
- Strong cross-country stakeholder management and scaling experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate Value Cases across Agentic AI or Process Innovation streams.
- Manage full lifecycle from idea intake to PoC, pilot, scale, and sustainment.
- Identify high-impact use cases across customer-facing and internal operations.

- Align HQ and country stakeholders across diverse markets
- Run steering committees and manage risks & dependencies
- Ensure timely decisions with data-backed updates and decision papers Measurement & Value Realization
- Establish baselines and business cases
- Define and track KPIs (cycle time, quality, adoption, cost-to-serve, automation rates)
- 6+ years in innovation and project/program management within enterprise or transformations
- Proven end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions in operational contexts
- Strong cross-country stakeholder management and scaling experience
- Proficient in agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Experience with C-level communications and decision materials
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Curious, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset
- Degree in Business, Technology or related field
- Understanding of customer-centric operations in retail/e-commerce environments (advantageous
