Senior DevOps Architect (m/f/d)

Using a cutting-edge technology stack, we fuel our business with data, enabling real-time analytics, low-code automations, and custom software solutions.

Up to 95% remote work is possible; 5% on-site in Düsseldorf is required.

Your Tasks:

• Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitOps, and other relevant tools.
• Lead deployment and scaling of applications with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources on Microsoft Azure for cost-effectiveness, performance, and security.
• Promote DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and practices for continuous improvement.
• Advise and guide teams on DevOps tools, methods, and best practices.
• Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to meet DevOps-centric requirements.
• Contribute to various digital technology projects, including Industry 4.0 and Robotic Process Automation.
• Support digital transformation by advancing implementation efforts.

Your Profile:

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience and Know-how: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or similar roles, with successful large-scale solutions deployment. Certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, or Azure are advantageous.
• Capabilities: Expertise in GitHub, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure. Proven ability to design robust CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of cloud security, infrastructure as code, and agile methodologies. Committed to continuous learning.
• Personality: Analytical, solution-oriented, excellent communicator, collaborative, and adaptable.
• Working Style: Self-motivated, passionate about automation, and keen to stay updated with DevOps advancements.
