Job Description

PTC is seeking a Solution Architect to join the ALM team. Codebeamer is an agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution for distributed development, helping streamline product innovation, enhance quality, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with safety standards. It offers comprehensive lifecycle management with requirements, risk, and test management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Implementation Services Support: Supporting pre-sales opportunities and ensuring implementation excellence for customer satisfaction.
2. Advisory Services: Providing technical advice and mentorship to PTC partners.
3. Support and Improvement: Supporting internal processes, partner support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Best Practice Development: Contributing expertise to develop scalable implementation offerings.
5. Community Engagement: Sharing industry-specific expertise within the technical community.
6. Customer Support: Acting as an advisor for escalated customer accounts.

Day-to-Day Activities:

1. Presenting technical demonstrations and organizing workshops.
2. Consulting on solutions and acting as a technical project manager.
3. Analyzing customer processes and creating technical documentation.
4. Investigating and resolving technical issues.
5. Supporting reference architecture development.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong relationship-building, results-oriented, customer-first mentality.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of ALM technologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Previous consulting experience as a solution or technical architect.
