• You will be responsible for planning and managing extensive and complex IT projects.
• You will ensure the successful realization of projects concerning time, budget, and quality, applying project management methods.
• You will prepare and initiate projects, including scope definition and structuring.
• You will define work packages and identify dependencies.
• You will coordinate project requirements with Demand Management.
• You will manage stakeholders, define communication content, and implement communication strategies.
• You will follow up on open issues and report on project status to steering committees.
• You will manage external service providers and identify dependencies across workstreams and projects.
• You will prepare and moderate project workshops.
• You will make decisions and control project budgets.
• You will identify and assess risks, implementing mitigation strategies.

• You hold a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 2 years of practical experience managing complex SAP projects.
• You possess sound knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA.
• You are proficient in MS Office and have a good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA systems (private and public cloud).
• You have general knowledge of IT applications and landscapes regarding integration.
• Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur knowledge.
• You demonstrate a structured, precise, solution-oriented, and independent working style, with analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
• You are proactive, committed, flexible, and willing to travel.
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
