• Develop and implement global SEO strategies aligned with business goals and regional priorities and bring them into action
• Conduct technical audits, optimize site performance, and collaborate with tech teams on SEO improvements and requirements
• Partner with content teams to ensure a strong unified search approach and ongoing operations
• Monitor website search performance, analyze key SEO and content metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of SEO strategies and share scalable processes across markets

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, with proven expertise in global or multi-market SEO and Content environment
• Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console) as well as headless content management systems (Contenful)
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, structured data, and page speed optimization
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
• Passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies
