You will help users with their questions and review content to ensure our platforms remain safe and respectful. No experience? No problem! We provide full training—you just need great communication skills, a good eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Customer Support 70%
2. Chat and email with users—no phone calls
3. Answer questions, solve problems, and provide clear information in German and English
4. Use easy tools to track and resolve issues
5. Content Review 30%
6. Check posts, images, and messages to ensure they follow the rules
7. Spot and report anything inappropriate or harmful
8. Help keep online spaces safe and respectful

What You’ll Need

• Fluent German and good English writing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making
• Open to working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude; experience is a bonus but not required!
