Job Summary
  • Actively reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other appropriate channels.
  • Proactively search for potential leads on platforms like LinkedIn, participate in events, and utilize various communication channels.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot or SalesLoft.
  • Analyze campaign results for continuous improvement of our strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce for efficient management of customer data and interactions.
  • Use tools to generate addresses and contact information.
  • Hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further processing and business generation.
What you should bring

Required:

  • Fluent German spoken and written communication skills
  • C1 or above English spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Outgoing personylity with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively across multiple channels
  • Analytical mindset

Optional:

  • Several years of experience in Inside Sales or a comparable position in the B2B segment (optional)
  • Strong skills in using email marketing tools and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, SalesLoft, and Salesforce
  • A strong understanding of lead generation processes and experience using databases for contact acquisition
