Your Mission: Driving our brand forward

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to shape and execute our go-to-market strategies at voize. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our product, sales, and customer teams-translating technical features into clear value for our B2B healthcare customers. You'll develop messaging, create compelling content, and drive product launches and adoption that position voize as a leading voice assistant solution for care teams.

You'll work closely with our founders, product team, and customer success to understand user needs, define market positioning, and support growth initiatives. If you're passionate about digital health, B2B SaaS, and love working in fast-moving startup environments-this is your chance to make an impact on one of the most important industries of our time.

Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
  • Shape and execute product marketing strategies that strengthen voize's brand in the healthcare and B2B SaaS space.
  • Create compelling content formats (e.g. in-app messaging, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media) to communicate the value of our AI-driven voice assistant for care teams.
  • Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate qualified leads and drive user acquisition.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and performance insights to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work hand in hand with the sales and product team to refine lead scoring, improve conversion paths, and align messaging across the funnel.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages and other marketing assets for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends, user pain points, and new positioning opportunities.
  • Present key results and insights to our leadership team and help shape voize's marketing roadmap.


Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Product marketing for SaaS, digital and/or mobile products
  • Confident with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), using data to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Strong content creation skills across different formats and channels - bonus if you bring basic design or video editing abilities to support visual storytelling.
  • Deep product and user understanding that enables you to truly you to drive product adoption.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset - you thrive in a fast-paced startup culture, can juggle multiple priorities, and push things forward independently.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to translate complex product features into clear customer value, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership.
  • Ideally first touchpoints with recruitment marketing
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
