Tasks

We're looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Sales Manager to drive our B2B growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our AI-powered video translation platform to leading global companies. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identifying and targeting potential B2B customers through research and outreach campaigns.
  2. Customer Acquisition: Presenting and pitching CHAMELAION’s solutions via calls, demos, and follow-ups.
  3. CRM & Pipeline Management: Building and managing the sales pipeline while optimizing internal processes.
  4. Key Account Management: Developing long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and assisting with integration into their workflows.
  5. Customer Feedback: Collecting and relaying feedback to help shape product development.
  6. Strategy & Scaling: Contributing to the development of sales and account management strategies, creating scalable processes, playbooks, and growth initiatives.
  7. Representation at Events: Representing CHAMELAION at trade fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to increase visibility and generate leads.

  • Have a confident and persuasive communication style, both written and verbal.
  • Be structured, self-driven, and possess a strong sense of ownership.
  • Have hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
