Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agent AI - (Logistics Service) to join our Logistics Service team. Our goal is to increase loyalty via exceptional service experiences.

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you will develop high-impact products shaping future service experiences for millions of customers, riders, and vendors across Delivery Hero's 70+ markets. Your tools will be used daily by thousands of agents globally.

1. Scale and enhance our AI-powered guided assistance for agents, boosting productivity and service quality.
2. Develop and set targets for new KPIs linking the product to operational and performance metrics.
3. Lead a cross-functional team—including engineering, data science, design/UX, analytics, and operations—to create an exceptional agent user experience.
4. Coordinate requirements with local stakeholders across the Delivery Hero network.
5. Lead in applying AI and ML to service products across our portfolio.
6. Become an expert in Agent Service and Agent tooling.

In our Logistics Team, you'll address high-impact challenges to make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable, improving experiences for riders, customers, and merchants worldwide. Your contributions will help optimize operations and support expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of product management experience with proven results.
2. Experience building AI-enabled products and collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers.
3. Data-driven with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable insights, focusing on strategic outcomes.
4. Understanding of technical architecture of scalable, distributed, real-time applications.
5. Successful track record of launching and improving innovative products, with strong prioritization skills.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills, fluent in English, with strong communication abilities.
